Status: Operating · Road · Performance · City of Pontiac, Oakland County, MI.

M1 Concourse’s M1 Circuit — about 1.5 miles and 11 turns, bidirectional — remains open on the ~87-acre Woodward Avenue campus built on former GM acreage. The plant was largely demolished in the late 2000s; the performance track’s published open date in secondary sources is 1 June 2016.

Three desks: M1 Concourse operates the campus (public CEO/owner branding: Paul Zlotoff). The City of Pontiac zones the parcel. Do not file this under a township page.

Watch (not a status change): 2026 announcements for a 1/8-mile drag strip, M1 X Center, and off-road course are expansion news. Cite operator/city primaries when each actually opens — the road circuit stays “operating” until a primary says otherwise.
