Grattan Raceway Park in Grattan Township, Kent County is still an operating two-mile club road course — and it carries a public sale listing. The Daily News (Sep 17, 2026) reported a $15 million ask and that the township opened a 63-day master-plan review with the raceway’s future as a primary topic.
Official course figures: 2.0 miles, 10 corners, ~40 ft average width, 3,200-foot straight. The Faasen family still runs the gate. Kurt Faasen told Fox 17 he would like it to stay a racetrack and that the family has no control over the next owner.
